Changes in version 3.3.1:

Fix a bug where calling PqDescendants too many times will result in a "failed to launch child process" error in PQ_START
Require GMP library for multiprecesion integer arithmetic, which is already required by GAP itself, and without which some computations may produce strange errors or even wrong results
Improve build system to find GMP more reliably
