Whoops. I made a big booboo today, and disabled gating entirely briefly. This allowed all gated updates to go stable. This was gated because it failed its own tier1-public.functional test. Unfortunately the test result has been garbage collected so I cannot see what the failure was. Hopefully it's not too badly broken.
Unfortunately, updating ppp breaks the deps of several NM packages, which breaks...the world. ppp should not be updated alone, it needs to be done on a side tag with NM and various NM subpackages. I'm going to add ppp to the critpath to ensure openQA catches this in future.
