This kernel causes a system with a 7840U (Thinkpad P14s Gen 4 AMD) to pull more than 12 watts randomly on single cores and hit a sustained 95C at any tiny CPU load. AMD boosting is broken.

Reverted to 6.9.0-64.fc41 and the boosting behavior is back to normal.
