This update does not work to fix the issue.
Bodhi is disabling automatic push to stable due to negative karma. The maintainer may push manually if they determine that the issue is not severe.
I don't know how you tested this, but a local test build worked to resolve this for me, and downloading the builds and installing them in a mock chroot (fedora-41-x86_64) worked too ...

According to the comment on the bug, @lruzicka tried installing one of the subpackages that had broken dependencies but was removed in this update - prompting DNF to install the old and broken version, not the build from this update.
This update can be pushed to stable now if the maintainer wishes
Yeah, I expected that this update will remove the packages from my computer and will make DNF to follow the changes in the update-testing repository. However, when I excluded the stable repository, I did not see the non-working subpackages in the system any more, so I believe that this will fix the situation.
