Title: Black Screen Delay on Login Screen After Update Description: After applying the latest updates on Fedora KDE, there is a consistent issue during the boot process. When restarting the system and booting into the login screen, the screen goes black for several minutes, causing a noticeable delay before reaching the login prompt. This behavior occurs every time and wasn't present before the update.
Steps to Reproduce: Update Fedora KDE to the latest version. Restart the system. Observe the boot process after the splash screen, leading to the black screen before the login screen appears. Expected Behavior: The login screen should appear promptly after the boot splash screen without an extended black screen delay.
Actual Behavior: There is a prolonged black screen lasting several minutes before the login screen appears, slowing down the boot process significantly.
