Update to 46.7
This update removes a patch that reverted the upstream fix for https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2323656 / https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/mutter/-/issues/2706 . We revert that fix because it causes a bug during installation - https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2239128 / https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/mutter/-/issues/3068 . But now this release is stable and no more official live installer images will be built, it seems better to have the fix for the bug that may affect installed systems.
