It's CoreOS-specific, yeah. It runs a lot of different tests, including a kdump-related one: https://github.com/coreos/fedora-coreos-config/tree/testing-devel/tests/kola/kdump/crash
It doesn't run using tmt currently, but via kola, a component of coreos-assembler: https://coreos.github.io/coreos-assembler/
