Dell optimus laptop with RTX 3060 in offload mode, plasma 6 wayland session.
Can not start any native wayland GL or GLES application on nvidia gpu, eglCreateWindowSurface fails with, funnily enough, EGL_SUCCESS. Reverting back to 1.1.13-3.fc40 resolves the issue.
