OK so this is weird and not happening for me on 43. If I go into screensaver from setting manager, then click on the Lock Screen tab, the Enable Lock Screen radio slider has what looks like a square check-box intsead of a round radio slider. All the other radio sliders look normal. Are you seeing this also?
I had a different theme set between 43 and 42. Seems the issue happens in Greybird-dark but not Adwaita-dark.
Also (more weird) in Greybird-dark if you click on the background or on another window to remove focus from the Lock Screen setting, the issue goes away. It reappears on focus.
The non-dark version of Greybird does not have this problem.
I didn't see this, but I wasn't looking for it either. Will try and look tomorrow...

The sliders look ok to me here in rawhide. You can tie this to this update? ie, downgrading and it returns to normal? If so, can you file a bug on it? I don't think it's worth stopping the update, but we can look into it...
