Treatment of themes is not consistent across FF versions.
E.g. 'Activist Balanced' (from Mozilla) is listed as 'Light' in manifest.json.
FF versions 139 and earlier showed 'Edit bookmark' and 'Add bookmark' as light.
Under FF 140, these dialogue boxes are now dark. Why? Is this a bug or deliberate?

Working fine for me in 41. I'm running a dark theme so cannot comment on the above issue.
