Works
Working perfectly with NVIDIA 570, and the issue with FUSE + Flatpak is also resolved.
Thank you!
works on bare metal / nvidia 570.124.14
This update's test gating status has been changed to 'passed'.
No system hang when using a file inside a Flatpak app now. The bug seems to be fixed. Default test suite passed.
default & performance tests pass (KVM)
Working fine as a VirtualBox guest. All tests passing, even timer-overhead !
This update has been pushed to testing.
This update can be pushed to stable now if the maintainer wishes
Working fine on baremetal
No more problems with FUSE + flatpak here
kernel tests PASSED
Suspension works
This update has been submitted for stable by jforbes.
No regressions. Flatpak issue seems to be resolved. Bare metal Thinkpad T14 Gen 1 Intel
Default (libhugetlbfs, memfd & paxtest skipped) and performance tests pass; works in general.
Works.
Everything works as intended, this fixes all 6.13.4 issues for me.
Works great on Lenovo M715q Gen2! LGTM! =)
everything working fine on my PC (HP ProDesk 600 G1), fixed 6.13.4 problems
No system hang when opening a file in a Flatpak app anymore. Default test suite passed.
Can confirm the flatpak issue is fixed. No other problems with this kernel either.
no regressions noted
Works for me.. The enabled Default and Performance tests pass OK.
Work Station, Asus prime mobo - AMD Ryzen5 5600g/iGPU, 400 Series Chipset, (UEFI) Secure boot, SSD's > RAID1 (ext4)
Works for me.
For ME, 6.13.4 worked fine. but 6.13.5 works fine too(no regressions found, everything works fine) and from what it seems like is the stabler kernel for most people, so I'd much rather just use 6.13.5. Better safe than sorry.
Works
AMD Ryzen 5 both tests are a PASS.
Ran the test 3 times, only failed the cache drop once. All other tests were good. The freezing in flatpak apps seems to have stopped and nvidia 570 works just fine.
test suite performed
Cachedrop failed the first time, did not the following runs. Everything runs well. Bare metal Dell XPS 13 (2018)
In my case this did not fix the issue with Okular Flatpak (Flathub) filling up RAM multiple GB, probably crashing the system soon.
It happens as soon as I open a file in Okular. Okular continues to work but RAM fills up rapidly up to 8GB, with a single 11MB file.
Gwenview Flatpak used 300MB but did not crash.
Weirdly I have the same issue on 6.12.15 so it might not be related, but I think that is unlikely
Works great. Ryzen 3700x, Rog Strix B550-F, Nvidia from negativo17.
This update has been pushed to stable.
working fine on lenovo p16s amd gen2 : boot, sound, modern standby, wifi, etc. 7850u + 780m. kernel tests run and uploaded.
Fixes the system crash (kernel regession) with certain file operations in flatpak. I thought I'd found a serious crash, well some folks already found it 3 weeks ago, bisected the kernel and fixed it. Great to have the updated already here, thanks everyone and shout-out to the friends in the Arch Linux community for their work debugging this! <3
