I'm getting errors attempting to install this update when I have gstreamer1-plugins-bad-freeworld installed:

Problem 1: installed package gstreamer1-plugins-bad-freeworld-1:1.26.3-1.fc42.x86_64 conflicts with gstreamer1-plugins-bad-freeworld < 1:1.26.3-3 provided by gstreamer1-plugins-bad-free-1.26.5-4.fc42.x86_64 from updates-testing

I need to pass both --allowerasing and --best to dnf distro-sync to make it remove gstreamer1-plugins-bad-freeworld on upgrade. Looks like the upgrade path here isn't handled correctly?

Conflicts with 3rd-party repos need to be fixed by them, there's nothing we can do about it.

Yes, this is because I built the corresponding gstreamer1-plugins-bad-freeworld without the mpeg2enc and mplex plugins a too late and they weren't pushed out to RPM Fusion updates repos in time. Sorry.
