Looks like this build is falling gating tests, which is why it's still in "testing" after 3 weeks and lots of positive karma. Somebody will need to take a look at the failed test and either fix it with a new build or waive the failure, otherwise this update will never land

The failure is in httpd's own Fedora CI test. Specifically it seems to be that /usr/sbin/httpd has different SELinux context than expected:

:: [ 08:28:10 ] :: [  BEGIN   ] :: getting selinux context of rpm's files (httpd-core) :: actually running 'ls -d -Z $(rpm -ql httpd-core) > files_context.log'
:: [ 08:28:10 ] :: [   PASS   ] :: getting selinux context of rpm's files (httpd-core) (Expected 0, got 0)
:: [ 08:28:10 ] :: [   INFO   ] :: Sending files_context.log as files_context.log
File '/tmp/tmp.DOTQiAbLfh/files_context.log' stored to '/var/ARTIFACTS/work-tier1-publicfzzxd971/plans/tier1-public/execute/data/guest/default-0/core/selinux-context-2/data'.
:: [ 08:28:10 ] :: [   FAIL   ] :: File 'files_context.log' should contain 'httpd_exec_t.*/usr/sbin/httpd'
:: [ 08:28:10 ] :: [   PASS   ] :: File 'files_context.log' should contain 'httpd_config_t.*/etc/httpd'
:: [ 08:28:10 ] :: [   PASS   ] :: File 'files_context.log' should contain 'httpd_log_t.*/var/log/httpd'

oh hah, I bet I know what this is: the sbin merge. It'll now be /usr/bin/httpd , not /usr/sbin/httpd . The test will need to accept either.
