Changes in ocaml-uutf 1.0.4:
Uutf.Buffer.* with Stdlib.Buffer.*, no need to bloat these executables with dozens of different UTF encoders.uutftrip, handle cmdliner deprecations.All other builds are simple rebuilds due to the ocaml-uutf update.
