This update appears to have cleared up the monitor flickering/screen-blank after return from suspend on Power Modes other than Performance. Thanks, kernel gang!

working fine on lenovo p16s amd gen2 : boot, standby, sound, video. i see no issues since i upgraded yesterday. the issues i was seeing in firefox (freezes) is gone, but this was a firefox issue and not a kernel issue. this kernel is working nicely.

Very nice, the problem of resume on suspend is solved, with AMD Radeon Vega 7 gpu.
