Are the dependencies correct?:
No, they're not. F42 never got gnome-shell / mutter 48.0 updates (they would fail openQA tests if tried anyway).
This update needs to have gnome-shell / mutter 48.1 builds edited into it when they happen, I guess.
Bodhi is disabling automatic push to stable due to negative karma. The maintainer may push manually if they determine that the issue is not severe.
