Several of the openQA test failures seem to be caused by Firefox crashes. The initial crash is in a WebExtensions process. I backtraced it and filed a bug, since it's a bit too long to paste here. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2420679
Bodhi is disabling automatic push to stable due to negative karma. The maintainer may push manually if they determine that the issue is not severe.
The update also seems to consistently cause the Services page of Cockpit to be broken on x86_64. It seems like it loads 'successfully' very briefly then immediately goes back to showing "Loading... Listing units", then loads briefly then goes back to Loading, and so on - it's stuck in an eternal cycle. You can watch this happen in the test video. This is reproducible, it's happening on both prod and stg across multiple restarts. No idea what the problem is, though. It's not happening on other updates.
Is the breakage aarch64 only? Or do you see any issues with x86_64 build too?
Please file any issues at bugzilla.redhat.com, the update system is not supposed for bug tracking.
Also we should not block whole update for aarch64 bugs.
