I get this locally:

rpm -q --requires R-reticulate-1.42.0-1.fc42.x86_64.rpm 
R(ABI) = 4.4
...

Bodhi is disabling automatic push to stable due to negative karma. The maintainer may push manually if they determine that the issue is not severe.

Got this error during the upgrade

Problem: R-core-4.4.3-1.fc42.i686 from fedora has inferior architecture
  - package R-reticulate-1.42.0-1.fc42.x86_64 from updates-testing requires R(ABI) = 4.4, but none of the providers can be installed
  - cannot install both R-core-4.4.3-1.fc42.x86_64 from fedora and R-core-4.5.0-3.fc42.x86_64 from @System
  - cannot install the best update candidate for package R-reticulate-1.20-22.fc42.x86_64
  - cannot install the best update candidate for package R-core-4.5.0-3.fc42.x86_64
