Breaking bluetooth, cannot be turned back on, bluetoothctl, cannot find adapter.

bluez-5.81-2.fc42 works on hci_bcm4377 (Apple silicon platforms)
The same for me. bluez-5.81-1.fc42 fails but bluez-5.81-2.fc42 works.
