move ghc-internal into base subpackage
make ghc-filesystem arch for now for index.html
avoid pulling in nodejs via *.mjs scripts
own ghclibdir/share/{,ghcplatform}
add obsoletes for ghc-internal

ghc-rpm-macros:

place ghc9.12 dynamic prof files in prof subpackage
