This uncoordinated update of library crates to new major versions breaks dependencies (and builds) of rust-below-*, which depends on netlink-packet-core v0.7 and netlink-packet-route v0.22.
Bodhi is disabling automatic push to stable due to negative karma. The maintainer may push manually if they determine that the issue is not severe.
I recall a email thread indicate we create version-pined rpm for this.
Meanwhile, upstream below already support latest rust-netlink.

If it works in rawhide, I will create PR for other branches or you may use
git merge rawhideto F41/42/43 branch.I am not sure other people can submit build to
