LGTM so far from my testing in GNOME and KDE Wayland anyway
With this update, ibus-daemon is running when the gdm greeter is shown and I can enter accented characters into the password field using deadkeys on the Portuguese keyboard layout.
After downgrading to ibus-0:1.5.33~rc2-2.fc43.x86_64 and reboot, ibus-daemon is not running anymore when the gdm greeter is shown and I cannot enter accented characters into the password field using deadkeys anymore.
That means this update fixes https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gdm/-/issues/1018 for me.
