These files are necessary for users of the tesseract libraries as well as the tesseract CLI.

This is failing tests because https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/tesseract/c/7d24b1b980980dbab6bb42b67625f641306d099a?branch=f41 made the new -common subpackage conflict with "%{name} < 5.5.0-5", but this build is 5.4.1-6.fc41 , so it conflicts with itself. I'm fixing it now.

It looks like this actually introduces a new dependency from tesseract-libs → tesseract that wasn't there before, via tesseract-libs → tesseract-common → tesseract-langpack-eng → tesseract. It doesn't look like this is intentional?
Bodhi is disabling automatic push to stable due to negative karma. The maintainer may push manually if they determine that the issue is not severe.
