MAJOR NEW FEATURE: remind: The TZ keyword lets you specify a time zone for a REM command. All trigger calculations are performed in the named time zone.

DOCUMENTATION: Update README.md to document prerequisites for readline support.

DOCUMENTATION: remind.1: Document system variables such as $T that can have multiple types.

BUG FIX: remind: If Remind was run interactively ("remind -c -" with readline support enabled) it would not properly cache the input file, but would keep asking for interactive input. This has been fixed.
