This update turned out to have a pretty serious bug:
If you set the system's audio output to any "surround" mode (such as 5.1 or 7.1), all audio in Wine/Proton stops working.

They're saying that the latest master code has fixed the bug, so hopefully pipewire releases a new update soon.
