@myoung no, the test failures were not "standard", they are genuine. The qemu build in this update was not built against the xen build in this update, see the root.log:

so the qemu in this update requires 4.19 versions of xen libs, not 4.20:

  - cannot install the best update candidate for package qemu-system-x86-core-2:10.0.2-5.fc43.x86_64

and by waiving these failures and pushing the update stable you have broken qemu's dependencies, which will cause problems for everybody. Please do not waive openQA failures without careful review.
