Regression on a Framework Laptop 16 (AMD Ryzen 7040 Series / Radeon 780M). With kernel-7.1.3-101.fc43, suspend hangs while entering s2idle when a Dell P2725QE USB-C hub monitor is connected. The displays turn off, but the power LED remains steadily illuminated and the machine becomes unresponsive, requiring a forced power-off. The failed kernel journal ends at PM: suspend entry (s2idle).

Control results: suspend works with the monitor disconnected on 7.1.3-101, and three consecutive suspend/resume cycles worked with the same monitor connected on 7.0.12-101.fc43.
