The 7.1.13 stable kernel update contains a number of important fixes across the tree. We are now specifying all kernel updates as security because upstream will assign CVEs, but we will not know what those are until a bit after this update ships.

May open a PR for some testing fun we recently saw in Amazon Linux, i.e., AWS saw some interplay between systemd in containers versus host OS kernel due to openat2 calls. I tested this kernel w/ a systemd260 container, no issues observed (which makes sense since 7.x is new enough by systemd's syscall requirements). Setup requires having a container runtime + appropriate image, hence the hesitation to formally submit a PR.
