• New dbranch tool — propagate a Debian package across its downstream branches: rebuild Ubuntu PPA and Debian stable proposed-update (debian/<codename>) branches, and update the Debian branch to a new upstream, in rpmbuild-style stages (merge/import, build, lint, push + GitLab CI watch, dput upload, tag). A learning tool via --explain. Subcommands: fixup, rebuild, update, watch-ci.
• sandogasa-cli (breaking) — one require_tools() batch check replaces require_tool / require_tool_with_arg; each tool tuple carries an optional probe arg (None = PATH-only).
• hs-relmon — new file-conflicts and dupe-subpkgs subcommands; skip archived / issues-disabled GitLab projects when filing.
