Update fastapi-cloud-cli to 0.20.0, with a great deal of new functionality.
Update python-rich-toolkit to version 0.20.1. The 0.20.0 upstream release adds JSON output support for CLI-friendly structured results, and 0.20.1 lets styles control the automatic context-manager padding printed when entering and exiting RichToolkit.
