Update to 1.5.1 (#2436692)

Changes:

Use RFC 3597 format for output of unknown types and classes
Fixed #267: Return root label instead of empty string
Fixed Label.torfc1035() to output non-printable bytes correctly as per RFC 1035 sec. 5.1.
