Oops, didn't think about a version-locked dependency on libpkgconf-devel. (Due to the nature of pkgconf/pkg-config, the usual more through methods of dependency checking would turn up mostly false positives wrt rebuilds.) However, perl-Alien-pkgconf cannot currently be rebuilt:
Problem: package perl-Alien-Build-2.84-4.fc44.noarch from fedora requires perl(Alien::cmake3) >= 0.02, but none of the providers can be installed
- conflicting requests
- nothing provides (cmake >= 3.0.0 with cmake < 4) needed by perl-Alien-cmake3-0.10-2.fc44.x86_64 from fedora
Given that perl-Alien-pkgconf is a leaf, I suggest we let the maintainer sort this out (an automatic FTI bug will be filed).
