This update has a dependency resolution issue on Fedora 43: the SONAME got bumped in this update and requires (at least) a rebuild of mosquitto:

why not keep the ABI level and updating to libwebsockets 4.4.5 ? I think this violates the update policy for stable releases. https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fesco/Updates_Policy/#stable-releases
