cosmic-comp 1.3.0-1.fc44 causes recurring amdgpu GPU hangs on AMD Navi 10 (RX 5700 XT): repeated gfxhub page faults (UTCL2/TCP, PERMISSION_FAULTS 0x3) from thread cosmic-com:cs0, escalating to ring gfx_0.0.0 timeout, failed ring reset, and full GPU reset with VRAM loss. Mesa then aborts every GL client on lost-context detection, killing the entire session.
Three session-destroying crashes within 4 days of installing this update; zero incidents in the preceding year on 1.1.0 and earlier (mesa 26.1.4 and kernel unchanged as factors — details in the upstream report). Downgrading the COSMIC stack to 1.0.9 from the GA repo as a workaround; will report back on stability.
