This release fixes external_reporting on HTTP, filtering SPF hello scope, emitting undefined comments into XML, validating whiltelist reason type. It also adds support for multiple From addresses, IDN U-label/A-label conversion, exception support in PSL, and RFC 9989 DMARC support.
