Regression: Ghost audio devices in Quick Settings (Sound Menu)

After upgrading to GNOME Shell 49.3/49.4, the sound menu displays multiple "ghost" entries for the RME Fireface 800 (FireWire) whenever audio is played.

Evidence it's a GNOME Shell UI bug:

PipeWire/ALSA: pw-cli and pactl show correct nodes (1 playback/1 capture). No duplicates in qpwgraph.

Isolation: Downgrading gnome-control-center doesn't help.

Fix: Only downgrading gnome-shell to 49.1-1 resolves the issue.

Steps to reproduce:

Connect RME Fireface 800 (FireWire).

Play any audio.

Check the GNOME Shell top panel sound menu -> Multiple "Fireface 800" entries appear.

Upstream bug report: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/libgnome-volume-control/-/issues/41#note_2670116

Please hold this update or investigate the Shell's interaction with PipeWire nodes in version 49.3+.
