Tested on Kinoite 44. Confirmed fixes BZ#2511086. With 0.10.1-4: %post succeeds, semodule -l shows swtpm swtpm_libvirt swtpm_svirt, matchpathcon /usr/bin/swtpm → swtpm_exec_t, and my VM guests with a <tpm> device starts normally.
