The fedora-ci.koji-build./plans/tier1-public.functional tests configured as gating for frr failed; I expect to waive these based on the fact that they also failed in the previous two updates, FEDORA-2026-54c7ad647e and FEDORA-2026-cb34486b1a. Historically, frr’s gating tests are brittle and often fail when it is rebuilt.

Still waiting for a few of the OpenQA tests to come in.

Unfortunately, buildbox was rebuilt into Rawhide at the last minute and created a conflict. I kicked off another rebuild in https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=146998221, but it will probably take an hour and a half, by which time I will be asleep, so I’ll try submitting again in the morning (BST).

Rebuilding opencv and vlc now.
