donwloaded all builds with bodhi updates download --updateid and then upgraded the packages with sudo dnf up *.rpm. Update was fine, all seemed fine, but after reboot PLM didn't get to start correctly. so I rolledback to my previous btrfs snapshot.
plasma-login-manager was a black screen with just a movable cursor after this update. The journal showed the error:

This problem was seen with the Qt 6.11.2 update which had a private API break involving the symbol _ZN23QUntypedPropertyBindingC1EP23QPropertyBindingPrivate FEDORA-2026-d13f91ad0e Qt 6.11.2 is still in F45 updates-testing due to the beta freeze, so I don't think the openQA tests would be using Qt 6.11.2. FEDORA-2026-5013479509 plasma-workspace, layer-shell-qt, kdeplasma-addons, powerdevil at least would need rebuilding with Qt 6.11.2.
Same failure here on F45 with updates-testing enabled, but in plasmashell
rather than the login manager — black desktop with only a working cursor.

Every Plasma QML plugin fails to load: wallpaper, devicenotifier, weather,
plus "Could not find required file metadata" for the battery and brightness
plasmoids. plasmashell itself stays running, it just can't load anything.
qt6-qtbase-6.11.2-2.fc45 came in from updates-testing on 26 Aug;
plasma-workspace-6.7.5-1.fc45 from this update. Downgrading the qt6 stack
back to 6.11.1-5 restores the desktop.

Bodhi is disabling automatic push to stable due to negative karma. The maintainer may push manually if they determine that the issue is not severe.
Strange. The update passed QA, meaning the update went fine in a VM....

With the updated new build set everything works. :-)
Now wtih the last changes in this upgrade all is fine again. Rebooted several times and login is working fine, just as it should.
