Backport upstream patches

  • Make an IBusText own an updated IBusAttrList reference
  • Resolves: #2444787 SEGV with wrong anchor in surrounding-text in Wayland
  • Updates: #2480408 IBus callbacks in Wayland to clarify SEGVs
