This release avoid an file copy error when rotating system state files, disabling RPM digest verification when asked by adding nocrypto value to tsflag configation option, caching packages from repositories with disabled signature verification in local plugin, a dependency on a minimal version of rpm-libs. This release also enables a use of dnf5-plugin-automatic without libcurl-full package.
