This breaks the deps of python3-apt:
bumping sonames in stable releases is discouraged, but there should at least be a rebuild of the dep as part of this update.
Bodhi is disabling automatic push to stable due to negative karma. The maintainer may push manually if they determine that the issue is not severe.
