This is missing a rebuild of python3-apt:

Why are we updating to a new version that bumps an soname anyway? This generally should not be done on stable releases, especially the older stable release, without clear justification.

Bodhi is disabling automatic push to stable due to negative karma. The maintainer may push manually if they determine that the issue is not severe.
