It looks like gstreamer1-plugins-good did not actually build against the new libvpx. It's showing dep errors and the root.log from the build lists libvpx-devel x86_64 0:1.15.0-5.fc44.
Did you not wait-repo --request before running the build, or something?
Remaining failure was with aarch64 upgrade, that been said, the switch-root means something related to the initramfs which this side tag looks unrelated.
So I've waived the error.

It's https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2439826 , yes, it's causing flakes ATM. I do go through and restart them regularly.
On the plus side, this did let me find a bug in rmdepcheck (which passed when it should have failed...)
