A new lyx-1.6.4 release, covering amongst many minor improvements, fixes some crash and data loss issues.

lyx font packaging has also been reworked, effectively obsoleting the older mathml-fonts package, to comply with Fedora's font packaging guidelines.

Included here also is a rebuild of koffice, with improvements primarily in -kformula packaging to use the newer-style lyx fonts, and fixes for a font-related crasher.
