Opening configuration tab for a DS instance via 389-console gives "Insufficient permissions" dialog, stating: "The user uid=admin,ou=Administrators,ou=TopologyManagement,o=NetscapeRoot does not have permission to perform this operation." The same occurs when tried with the cn=Directory Manager account.
