This update provides a major upgrade to ReviewBoard 1.6.x. After applying this update, you will need to complete the following manual steps:

1) Back up your existing database using the native DB backup tool. 2) Run 'rb-site upgrade /path/to/rb-installation' as root for each site you have installed. This will cause the database to be upgraded to support ReviewBoard 1.6.x. This is non-reversable, so please make sure to follow step 1)
