This update sync the new improvements with fedora release of fpaste client, details:

• The server instance now supports shortened URLs.
• The client now provides an option for private pastes (-P)
• Private pastes are enabled by default.
• The client provides both the complete and shortened URLs
• The client now includes an option to enable users to paste to other sticky note instances (-U)
