bionetgen requires libsundials_nvecserial.so.0()(64bit) and libsundials_cvode.so.1()(64bit), which are not available. Please do not push bionetgen to stable before this issue has been resolved.
The missing dependencies have now landed to epel-testing. I did not test the package apart from this.
