Thank you for testing, the broken deps extensions have been removed.
mintlocale is noarch but uses %{_libdir} in %files, resulting in a FTBFS on a 64-bit host; this likely only built at all in koji because noarch packages often end up built by armv7 builders. It looks like this should be %{_prefix}/lib instead.
cinnamon-control-center-filesystem should be noarch.
